Referral Rewards

Refer & Earn Terms & Conditions: Each time a new guest you refer completes a stay at Sunset at the Palms, you (the referring member) earn one free night toward your next trip. You can use up to 4 free nights per calendar year. Free nights are issued after the referred guest completes their stay and expires 18 months from the guest’s departure date. A minimum of 5 nights is required on your return stay to redeem your free night(s). For each valid referral, you’ll receive an email with a free-night certificate; to redeem, email sprreservations@sunsetresortsjm.com. A guest can only be referred by one person—if multiple referrals are submitted for the same guest, the first valid referral form gets the credit. All referred guests must be first-time visitors, book directly at thepalmsjamaica.com, and stay at least 5 nights. They’ll receive a $100 resort credit, compliments of you. You, the referring guest, must submit a completed form at least 7 days before the referred guest’s arrival. Referral credit cannot be applied retroactively if the form isn’t on file prior to the reservation confirmation. A stay is defined as consecutive nights spent in the same accommodation—splitting a single trip into multiple stays does not count for additional free nights. Your earned night(s) will be credited immediately if your referred guest(s) book our Non-Refundable rate.  Otherwise, the earned night(s) will be credited to you after your referred guest(s) depart the resort. Employees, contractors, and travel agents of Sunset at the Palms are not eligible. Self-referral is not allowed. We reserve the right to modify or end this program at any time, for any reason with or without notice.
