A live steel drum band plays while you eat. Escovitch fish, spicy jerk and a proper introduction to the Jamaican table.
Tuesday
Betty & Karaoke
Lunch on the lawn with Betty the goat and her family, who are entirely used to the attention. Karaoke under the stars after dinner.
Wednesday
Sunset Beach BBQ
Grilled jerk chicken and local plates on the sand, a mento band playing and the sun setting over the ocean behind them.
Thursday
An Elegant Affair
The dress code comes out for this one. Dinner goes international, and afterward there’s a classic Jamaican movie by the pool with a cocktail in your hand.
Friday
Jamaica Night
An authentic Jamaican dinner while a live reggae band finds the groove, and one song in you’re up and swaying with everybody else. Nobody goes to bed early.
Saturday
Seafood Gala & Games
Crustaceans, Caribbean fishcakes and whatever came in fresh that morning. Game night follows, and it gets competitive.
Sunday
Chef’s Showcase & Reggae
Chef’s Showcase night is dinner and a show, with the chef presenting each dish and telling you the story behind it. A nightcap and one last reggae set wind the night down.

Paul the Pianist
The Irie Martini Bar is Paul’s room. He plays everything from Jamaican classics to the pop songs you know by heart, and the whole bar is singing by the second chorus.
Cooking and mixology classes
The chefs teach the jerk marinade and the bartenders handle the rum punch, with a tasting built into every class. Both recipes go home with you, so the trip doesn’t have to end when it ends.
Movies, karaoke and games
Game nights bring out the dominoes, cornhole and ring toss. Movie nights run classics by the pool, and the karaoke song list gets braver as the week goes on.

Each treehouse-style room sits on wooden stilts about eight feet above the garden, open to the breeze and surrounded by green in every direction. Wake to nature’s birdsong alarm, then step out onto your private balcony, where the morning coffee somehow tastes better.
After a night of jerk and reggae, this treehouse is where the quiet part of the vacation happens. A spa shower, a warm robe with slippers and a bed plush enough to argue for a late start.
