Group bookings are always on a REQUEST BASIS ONLY, and must be requested by submitting the above form or by emailing sprreservations@sunsetresortsjm.com

We will NOT accept any bookings through general reservations for five or more rooms with the same date patterns on any single reporting transmission.

A maximum group size of 32 rooms is permitted.

• 10% of estimated revenue required to confirm the group 14 days after contract is issued.
• 50% Interim payment 90 days prior to arrival
• Final Payment 60 days before the group arrives.

Based on contractual agreement, the Hotel agrees to take out of inventory and the client agrees to fully utilize the guestroom block and/or food and beverage and meeting functions with the number of participants as outlined in the agreement.

• From 91 + days to arrival date, the group can reduce group block with no penalty with careful consideration to the group policies.
• From 61 to 90 days prior to the group’s arrival date, the group has an allowable reduction of 20% of the room block. Any rooms released at this time over the allowable 20% are subject to a penalty of one (1)night each
• From 31 to 60 days prior to the group’s arrival date, the group has an allowable reduction of 10% of the room block. Any rooms released at this time over the allowable 10% are subject to a penalty of two (2) nights each
• From 1 to 30 days prior to the group’s arrival date, the group has no allowable reduction. Any rooms released or cancelled are subject to a penalty equivalent to the value of the total number of nights reserved
• No shows: Rooms that are contracted for and do not turn up for check in will be charged the full room revenue for the dates of the reservation.
