Sunset at the Palms Change for Any Reason Waiver

For only $25 per person, you can purchase our Change For Any Reason Waiver within 7 days of your initial deposit, before final payment is due, and you will be allowed to cancel or change your hotel arrangements up to the day of departure for any reason. This Waiver does NOT cover flights, lost baggage, trip interruption, or any optional activities such as sightseeing, spa/salon services, wedding license processing fees, and extras. The Waiver is non-refundable and only covers the cost of your hotel stay. The Change For Any Reason Waiver may not be purchased after you have made your final payment for your trip. This Waiver Benefit is provided by Sunset At The Palms and is not an insurance benefit.  We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase trip protection coverage if your booking with us includes flights.

Important: The change for any reason waiver does not offer a cash refund but allows you to change dates without penalty. The value of your hotel stay may be transferred to a future date up to one year from the original travel date. This waiver may only be purchased once and if you do not travel within one year of your original date you will forfeit the entire value of your hotel stay.
